What is the LIVE Market?

The LIVE Market is a digital market place that connects you to floral vendors and growers in your area. Depending on when you want your flowers, you’ll either be connected to local markets (for immediate delivery) or national and international growers (for less urgent requests). Inventory is updated by the suppliers – so product moves quickly and changes often. The LIVE Market is available Monday through Friday from 6am – 3pm and Saturday from 7am – Noon.

Okay, then what is the LATER Market?

The LATER Market is where you can go to secure and schedule a delivery of flowers for a later date. The product you’ll find in the LATER Market are seasonal stems that are available to you in your area within a day’s notice.

How do Leblum flowers arrive?

Our flowers arrive exactly as they were by their grower – unarranged, mono-botanical bundles with no filler. The moment you purchase stems, the vendor or grower wraps them in brown kraft paper and they get sent directly to you via courier. Our focus is on the flowers – by minimizing our spend on packaging we’re able to supply top-grade stems at the same price as the lower grade product you’ll find elsewhere.

Do you have care and prep instructions?

Absolutely. You’ll find detailed description and care instructions on each individual flower’s product info page. Once purchased, you’ll also receive this information via email with our go-to prep and design tips.

Do you do corporate accounts?

Many offices use Leblum for their weekly flowers. If you’re interested in setting up a recurring account with us – we’re happy to curate and pre-schedule your deliveries for you. Reach out to us at hello@leblum.com with your interest.

What are Pro-Level Flowers?

Pro-level flowers are any stems that require specific care upon arrival. Specific does not mean difficult – it simply means that you must follow the instructions provided. For example, hydrangea stems need to be scraped, spliced and then immediately placed into hot water. We do not offer refunds/returns on Pro-Level Flowers once they have been taken out of their packaging – therefore upon arrival, be sure to inspect them. If you sense that they’re not up to par, send a picture along with your Order Number to us immediately at support@leblum.com so that we may exchange those stems for a new bundle or determine if there are any other issues with this growers’ shipment.

Is Leblum good for gifting?

While most of our orders are made by people purchasing the stems for personal use – many gift our loose stems as well. Try filtering by “I am looking for a gift” in the market to find the perfect stems.

How does delivery work?

We use a number of different, vetted local couriers and messengers. We connect each order to the optimized courier depending on where you or the recipient is located, and how large your delivery is. When your courier is en route – you’ll receive a tracking link via email to give you the official heads up that your stems are shortly arriving.

Where do you deliver?

We are currently on-boarding qualified vendors and growers nationally so sign up below if you would like to be informed once our service is available in other areas.

What about refunds/returns?

If you are dissatisfied with your flowers contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your stems at orders@leblum.com. Please be sure to include a photo of the stems so that we can fully understand what may have caused the issue, which will allow us to remedy accordingly. We do not provide refunds but we will exchange your product with flowers from a different grower or a different varietal of your preference at a comparable price.
